Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: foam rollers, gym towels, protein shakers, and water bottles.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you .
